Jamie is a senior undergraduate student at VCU Honors College majoring in Psychology and African American Studies and minoring in English. She intends to study Blackness through the lens of displacement and interconnectedness, examining areas such as bias, health disparities, and gender differences. As a volunteer for AYA, she contributes to the Rooted Mosaic coding core. In her pastime, she enjoys reading, writing poetry, and playing video games.
